Applications:
For the isolation, cultivation and enumeration of yeasts and molds from dairy and food products.Used to induce sporulation in many fungi.

Composition:
Ingredients : gm/lit.
Potatoes infusion from : 200.00
Dextrose : 20.00
Agar : 15.00

Directions:
1. Add 39.00 gm powder to distilled/deionized water.
2. Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
