Composition:
Ingredients : gm/lt.
Tryptone : 10.00
Yeast extract : 5.00
Sodium chloride : 10.00
Directions:
1. Add 25.00 gm powder to distilled/deionized water.
2. Bring volume to 1.0 litre and mix thoroughly.
3. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4. Dispense into test tubes.
5. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
